Returns & Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Live Rips & Pokémon Breaks
Any item that is opened, ripped, or revealed during a live stream or live Pokémon break is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once the rip or break has started. This applies regardless of the outcome, pulls, or contents of the packs. By purchasing and participating in a live rip or break, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: This right does not apply to items opened or used during live rips or Pokémon breaks.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
