Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

We use Shopify’s default shipping integrations to calculate and manage shipping rates at checkout.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Some products may require up to 5 business days to fulfil due to preparation, sourcing, or handling requirements. If a product has a longer fulfilment time, this will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our control and delays may occur due to factors such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using Shopify’s integrated shipping system. Rates are based on order size, weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
