We operate this website, online store, and all related content, features, tools, products, services, and live-streamed activities (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated Pokémon ripping and breaking experience.

PokeyripsUK is powered by Shopify, which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information regarding legal rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or participating in any part of our Services (including live streams and Pokémon breaks), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that any minors using the Services on your devices do so with your permission.

To access certain Services or make purchases, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person.

SECTION 3 – LIVE STREAMS, RIPS, AND POKÉMON BREAKS

PokeyripsUK offers live-streamed content, including Pokémon pack rips and box or break formats (“Live Breaks”). By purchasing or participating in a Live Break, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All Live Break purchases are final once the live stream or break has started. • Any product opened, ripped, or revealed during a live stream is non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of pull results or outcome. • The random nature of Pokémon products is fully understood and accepted. • Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once a Live Break has begun.

Participation in Live Breaks constitutes explicit acceptance of these conditions.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. PokeyripsUK reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and acceptance has been issued.

Please review orders carefully before submission. Once accepted, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If an order is declined or modified, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. Prices charged will be those displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges unless stated otherwise.

PokeyripsUK is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with PokeyripsUK, not Shopify. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions, products, or disputes arising from your purchases.
